These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Swiss Inter, a software-as-a-service platform operated from Switzerland that lets vacation-rental owners manage bookings, payments, smart-lock access, and guest communications. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
1. Service description
Swiss Inter provides a hosted booking calendar, a public booking widget, an admin panel, integrations with payment gateways and smart-lock providers, and a per-reservation guest app. We host the software, maintain it, and support reasonable use. The relationship between you and your guests, including the rental contract itself, is between you and them — we are not a party to it.
2. Account and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, your compliance with applicable Swiss tourism, tax, anti-money-laundering, and data-protection laws, and the security of your account credentials. You may not use Swiss Inter to send unsolicited bulk email, to host or distribute illegal content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
3. Subscription and billing
Swiss Inter is offered as a paid monthly or annual subscription, with a free trial period announced at sign-up. Fees are charged to the payment method you provide and are non-refundable except as required by mandatory consumer-protection law. We may change the prices with at least thirty days’ notice; price changes apply at your next renewal.
4. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate your account on reasonable notice for breach of these terms or for non-payment, or immediately for serious or repeated breach. On termination you may export your data for a period of thirty days.
5. Intellectual property
Swiss Inter and its source code remain our property. You retain ownership of the content you publish through the platform — property descriptions, photos, prices, guest messages, and so on. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content as necessary to operate the platform.
6. Privacy and data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where you process guest personal data through the platform, you act as a data controller; we act as your data processor for that personal data and process it only on your documented instructions.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited as described in the Limitation of Liability. Mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by Swiss law are unaffected.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the seat of the operator, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that designate a different forum.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least thirty days before they take effect; your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
